Warranty terms
All KASTOR machines and grinders come with an official 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of sale.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that occur through no fault of the user under normal operating conditions.
Exchange & returns
Exchanges and returns are possible in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law. Call us or write on Viber — we will process your request quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Our service centre performs scheduled maintenance, setup and repair of KASTOR equipment:
